Cağ Kebab is a kind of kebab made of fatty lamb, also known as “yatık döner”.

The Cağ Kebab, which is unique to Erzurum, is prepared by cooking pre-cooked meat on a sloped skewer with coal fire.Because it is served by usİng skewers called cag; İts name İs also cag kebab. The service is also done with lavaş bread, which is unique to the region.
